Paul Soutner has more than 35 years of proven experience developing robust high-quality custom corporate solutions for startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.
Before co-founding Megaphone Studios LLC, he developed custom mobile solutions for Frito-Lay and PepsiCo as a consulting mobility solutions architect. He performed extraordinarily well in this capacity for Frito-Lay for over 5 years and received many accolades for his performance. He solved many of their most difficult engineering and design problems in a large-scale direct-store-delivery (DSD) application.
Paul's background also includes extensive knowledge of the telecom industry. He worked for Nortel Networks and Birch Communications as a software engineer and has more than 7 years of experience working on telecom billing and operations platforms.
Furthermore, his professional solutions development experience includes other business domains such as financial, consumer credit and background verification, marketing, gaming, education, and healthcare.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from Central Washington University, Ellensburg, WA. He holds several industry certifications to include Microsoft MCP and MCSD SMU training.
Tadd Jensen has more than 35 years of deep systems and game software engineering experience.
Before co-founding Megaphone Studios LLC, Tadd worked in the gaming industry on both consumer/retail games (PS2/PS3/GBA/N-Gage) and casino games (numerous slot machine titles, from front-end hardware, full-stack to back-end systems)—including clients like Electronic Arts, THQ, Take-Two Interactive, Activision, and Nokia—and for companies like Gateway Gaming, Barking Lizards, Nova Gaming, and Custom Game Design—as a 3D engine, graphics effects, gameplay, and user-interface developer.
He now has expert knowledge in developing mobility solutions for iOS and Android Mobile platforms, especially when graphics and high-performance are required.
Tadd's experience is not limited to gaming and mobile apps. He also has several decades of experience developing enterprise, device drivers, and product solutions for NEC, PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, Heartland Payment Systems, Intelligraphics, and Devised Vision Systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering specializing in Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Colorado, Boulder CO.

Before Joining the Megaphone Studios team he worked for Game Circus, Trivie inc., and NexRage.
While James’s main talent lies in artistic skills, he also provides valuable consulting in improving Megaphone Studios business process and project management.
Currently he is implementing a new affiliate B2B sales program for Megaphone Studios LLC. He is also creating a new internship program.
James has a Bachelor of Arts and Performance from the University of Texas at Dallas specializing in 3D art for video games and animated shorts.
